Bryan - Very cool! I think this is a great way to get team feedback.
If I am being completely Simon Cowell honest, I had some issues with the last project. Even with you letting Judith know that we would have a big turnout for the project, some team members did not have enough to do. I like everyone on the team, but we might want to see if anyone wants to transfer or maybe we can ask people to sit out at least one of the next three projects. Also, I found some of the tasks to be a little dangerous and above the call of duty for a volunteer. I thought I was in a group that was doing painting, but we did everything except painting. Our team guide was not aware that for liability purposes Seattle Works prohibits its volunteers from using ladders. I am not sure if other work teams had the same issue as far as ladders or power tools.
